Activity
Based on knowledge and contacts established during my activity in Romania during the last 10 years, I will support and facilitate the integration of the Romanian companies into EU/EES market and let the Romanian companies benefit of the high activity in Scandinavia.
In all the Scandinavian countries there are a huge need of capacity either by recruiting more employees or outsourcing part of the activity. As the market is unpredictable from one year to another, I believe that outsourcing will be more important than recruitment from east to west. However as long as citizen want to relocate there will always be need of information and advices regarding legislation and other regulations.
Due to the difficult situaton with high turnover by employees, it will be important for the Romanian companies to have good personnel regulation and understanding of the needs of the employees in order to have a stable workforce.
